Kirkdale Bank is a superbly situated detached cottage in a very private position commanding uninterrupted sea views across the magnificent Solway Firth in Dumfries and Galloway Scotland. Surrounded by woodland, the cottage has just been completely renovated and upgraded to provide very comfortable high quality self-catering accommodation.
The property has a fully enclosed child friendly south facing garden looking out to sea and there is a further large garden open to the side and rear.
The sitting/dining-room, kitchen, master bedroom and twin bedroom are all south facing and command panoramic sea views.
There is a wood-burning stove in the eating kitchen and a real fire in the sitting-room. Free firewood is provided. The dining table in the sitting-room can seat up to 10.
Pets are welcome.
Kirkdale Port is a magical seaside cottage with stunning uninterrupted sea views situated on the private foreshore of the Estate. The garden runs right down to the rocky beach providing endless opportunities for exploring, watching the waves, collecting shells and listening to the curlews.
This detached traditional cottage has just been completely renovated and refurbished to provide high-quality accommodation. Surrounded by woodland it is very secluded.
The sitting/dining room has a wood-burning stove, firewood is provided. The sitting-room and all three bedrooms have stunning sea views.
The south facing front garden meets the foreshore and there is a fully enclosed garden to the side and rear of the property ensuring that the property is child friendly. Dogs are welcome.
Kirkdale West Wing (sleeps 6)
Kirkdale West Wing is a magnificent self-contained wing of Kirkdale House, a beautiful original Robert Adam house. The house is considered to have one of the least altered Adam exteriors in Scotland.
Sleeping 6, the West Wing is newly refurbished and available for holiday letting for the first time in 2011.
The Wing is completely separate with its own main door, easy parking and private garden and provides spacious, luxurious accommodation.
