Kirkdale Port is a magical property with a garden that meets the sea, situated on the private foreshore of the Estate.
Brand newly refurbished to provide high quality accommodation for up to six people.
All three bedrooms, plus the sitting/dining room have spectacular sea views. There is a master double bedroom on the ground floor plus two twins on the first floor. An unobtrusive baby gate has been installed at the top of the stairs. All the bedrooms have black-out lined curtains and sprung mattresses.
The sitting/dining room has a wood-burning stove (free firewood is provided) and a dining-table that can seat up to 8.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer-dryer.
Games, toys and a highchair are all provided in the cottage. A cot is available on request.
There is a fully enclosed garden to the side and rear and a stunning south facing garden which runs down to the shore.
Secure storage is available in the shed for mountain bikes.
Pets are welcome too.

*The prices listed are per week and include heating, electricity and logs for the fire and stove. A winter fuel supplement applies of £30 per week between October and March (Inclusive). A maximum of two well behaved dogs are allowed downstairs at a cost of £20 per dog per week. The property is non smoking.
